The ideal candidate has experience managing a team of at least 4 people, is highly organized, and brings sound judgment and common sense to daily operations. While prior property management experience is a plus, we are open to training the right person who meets the leadership and financial management qualifications.

Qualified candidates encompass the following

  • Leadership & Team Management
You have at least 2 years of experience managing a team of 4 or more people. You know how to lead by example, coach and motivate team members, set clear expectations, and manage performance. You take pride in cultivating a positive, productive team culture.

  • Financial & Operational Oversight

  • Customer Service & Problem Solving
You prioritize resident satisfaction and know how to resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and common sense. You can de-escalate difficult situations and keep communication clear and respectful.

  • Organization & Multitasking
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple responsibilities such as leasing, marketing, application processing, and compliance audits—without missing the details.

You’re proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and ideally familiar with property management software like RealPage OneSite. You communicate clearly—both verbally and in writing—and can maintain a professional tone in all interactions.
