Maintenance Director

We are seeking a full-time manager for our facilities team at our several acre 200-unit campus. Ideal candidate is a strong leader, detailed oriented, and organized.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair of all aspects of general community maintenance including groundskeeping, janitorial duties, troubleshooting appliances, pool systems, electrical, power washing, and plumbing.
Manage a team of 3-4 employees with effective communication, training and accountability.
Perform and delegate the duties of routine maintenance and repair of the community including maintenance requests, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.
Schedule vendors efficiently to minimize apartment turn and repair times. Must be comfortable on a computer and have the ability to learn software programs to track and manage maintenance workload.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to: Ability to lift and/or move items over 75 lbs. as needed, talk and hear, ability to access apartments on first, second and third floor levels, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and climb all day.
